VISITING WARWICK

Wednesday 6^th of July

Yesterday I woke up at 7 o’clock. I go to school by bus, and we had classes until 12:20 as always.

Later we went to lunch and we took

a bus to go to Warwick. In Warwick we went to the Lord Lester Hospital, which has lots of years and it’s so beautiful.
Walking in town we also visited Saint Mary's Church and its chapel of Lord Beauchamp: some of us went up to the tower. Then we visited the outside of the Castle, which is incredible!! At last we had some free time for visiting the downtown and then we took a bus to go home for having dinner with our host families.

BOWLING DAY

Tuesday 5^th of July

On Tuesday, we went to school and we played some games as “Simon Says”, then we had a break, at 10 o’clock, and we went to our favourite shop, POUNDLAND.

After school, at twenty past two, we had lunch at the Royal Priors, and then we went shopping. At 2 o’clock we went bowling. It was very funny, because some of us were so bad at bowling and it was such a difficult play! We all played twice. Later I went with a friend to Asda, a supermarket with lots of things to buy. At last, my friend and I went for a walk near some horses and we ate dinner with our host families and finally we went home, I watched television and I went to bed.

SUNDAY AT CARNIVAL

This Sunday was the first day with the family. I was really tired, so I stayed in the bed until 9 o’clock. When I got up I had a really big breakfast, which I like a lot. Later my family and I went to the family day in Leamington. There were a lot of people and I met my Spanish Partners. When we arrived at home I played with the dogs, and then I went to a Thailand restaurant with other family and I had a Delicious Dinner! When we arrived home I prepared all the things for the first day of class. Finally I went to bed, and that’s all I did at my first day in Leamington!!

THE EXPECTED DAY

Saturday 2^nd of July

I woke up at 8.30 am, I had breakfast and I went to the airport with my mum and my aunt because my father was working.

When I arrived at the airport I was a little bit nervous. At 10.30 we said goodbye to our families and we passed all the controls.

The plane was delayed 1 hour, so we were waiting for 1 hour sitting on the floor and talking with the new friends.

Finally we took off Barcelona, and approximately, after 2 hours we arrived at Birmingham airport.

When we caught we went our suitcases we went to the train station and there, we took the train to Leamington Spa.

Once at the station of Leamington, we met our host families and I went home.

At home, I gave the gifts to the family and we had dinner, after dinner we watched television (The football match between Italy and Germany), and after that I went to sleep because I was very tired because of the large journey.

Un año más, y ya son 52, Idiomas Padre Manyanet, inicia su andadura en los diferentes Cursos de Inglés, con el deseo de que todos los objetivos marcados se hagan realidad para todos los estudiantes inscritos y tengan la plena satisfacción de haber profundizado y ampliado sus conocimientos y su facilidad de expresarse en dicho idioma. Con ello creemos se lleva a cabo nuestro lema: Conocer idiomas, una puerta al mundo. 

Deseamos que la estancia en cada uno de los diferentes lugares, sea muy satisfactoria y enriquecedora en todos los aspectos, y que estos blogs sean también un complemento y vehículo muy positivo de comunicación entre familias e Institución.
